This has allowed me to design innovative programs that empower staff to take charge of their own learning and foster a curiosity for new knowledge.
Where did it all begin? Funny to say, but my desire to teach others began with my very first job with McDonald's at 15 years of age. I quickly became a trainer and even competed regionally against other trainers. |
